Boughton Crescent
Milton, Ontario
At Boughton Crescent, the goal of the renovation was to improve flow, functionality, and connection throughout the main level for a multigenerational family home. The existing layout separated the kitchen and formal dining room, limiting circulation and creating disconnected gathering spaces. Through a series of strategic structural modifications, the layout was reconfigured into a more open and cohesive environment centered around family living and entertaining.
The kitchen was redesigned to extend across the length of the original kitchen and dining area, allowing for a large working island, expanded cabinetry, and improved sightlines throughout the space. New openings between the kitchen, dining, and living areas created a brighter and more connected main floor while maintaining a warm, highly functional atmosphere for everyday use.
