Hero Certified Burgers

This concept prototype for Hero Burger reimagined the traditional quick-service restaurant model through a kiosk-first customer experience designed to improve operational efficiency and support evolving consumer habits. Campbell Building Group was engaged as the design team to develop a new restaurant solution that reduced reliance on large front-of-house cash and POS stations while better integrating mobile ordering, self-service kiosks, and third-party delivery services.

The design introduced dedicated pickup zones for app-based delivery orders, while a large viewing window into the kitchen maintained visibility and connection to food preparation after much of the front-of-house interaction was removed. The result was a streamlined restaurant concept focused on labour efficiency, technology integration, and a more modern guest experience.
