Signet Drive

Originally an industrial office space, Signet Drive was transformed into a highly customized residential condo designed around entertaining, art, and modern urban living. The approximately 2,000 square foot layout includes three bedrooms, open-concept living spaces, and a concealed secondary prep kitchen and laundry area that allow the functional elements of daily living to remain hidden during hosting and gatherings.

The design balances warm neutral finishes with clean architectural lines, creating a polished backdrop for the client’s extensive contemporary art collection. Thoughtful planning throughout the space focused on creating a refined yet approachable atmosphere that feels both elevated and comfortable for guests.
