Cineplex Pergola Commons

Following significant water damage caused by a burst roof pipe, Campbell Building Group was retained to lead the comprehensive restoration of Cineplex Pergola Commons, a 31,000 square foot, eight auditorium multiplex theatre. The extensive renovation included the restoration of auditoriums, concession areas, washrooms, back of house facilities, and public spaces throughout the theatre. As part of the project, Cineplex also took the opportunity to refresh several unaffected areas, resulting in a more cohesive and contemporary environment for guests. Through careful planning, coordination, and execution, the theatre was successfully returned to full operation with an enhanced aesthetic that continues to elevate the moviegoing experience.
