Do I have to hire Campbell Building Group for construction if you design my project?
No. Our Design Studio and Construction Division operate independently, allowing you to engage either service or both. Many clients choose us for design only, while others choose our integrated design-build approach. Regardless of who completes the construction, our design process remains the same, ensuring your project is fully developed before pricing or construction begins.
Why do you complete the design before providing construction pricing?
Accurate pricing starts with accurate information. We believe construction costs should be based on completed drawings and clearly defined scopes, not assumptions. By developing the design first, contractors can provide more accurate pricing, reducing surprises and helping clients make informed decisions before construction begins.
Can you help with permits and consultant coordination?
Yes. We prepare permit and construction drawings, coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other consultants as required, and manage the permit submission process to help keep your project moving forward.
What if I already have a contractor?
That’s perfectly fine. We regularly work alongside contractors selected by our clients, providing design support and project management throughout construction to help ensure the completed project reflects the design intent.
