Colchester Drive demonstrates how thoughtful planning can completely transform the way a home functions without increasing its footprint. Originally defined by a series of compartmentalized rooms, the renovation reimagined the main floor to better support family life, entertaining, and day-to-day living. By relocating the dining room, removing the formal living room, and reconfiguring the kitchen layout, the home was opened up to create stronger connections between spaces and improved access to the outdoor living areas.

At the heart of the renovation is a large open-concept kitchen featuring an expansive island, extensive cabinetry, integrated storage solutions, and a concealed home office designed to reduce everyday clutter. Upstairs, the primary suite was expanded to include a dedicated sitting area, spacious walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom, creating a private retreat within the existing home.
