The renovation of The Waterside Inn focused on refreshing all 12 floors of the boutique hotel while maintaining the character and charm the property is known for. Campbell Building Group was engaged as both the design and construction team, overseeing the modernization of finishes, furniture, drapery, wallcoverings, and paint throughout the suites.
Working closely with ownership, the design balanced a more traditional, English Country-inspired aesthetic with cleaner contemporary lines to create an environment that feels upscale, comfortable, and timeless. The result is a refreshed guest experience that respects the hotel’s identity while introducing a brighter, more refined atmosphere throughout the property.
